What about payment?
We believe people should be paid for their work. We also understand churches have budgets. With your paid membership to Great City Network you have access to 5 hours of Skill Sharing each month. Beyond that, we will scope out and price the projects at a competitive rate. In some cases you’ll be working directly with our Network staff, in others a freelancer from our pool will be on the project.

The Fine Print
The Skill Sharing Service is reserved for paid members of Great City Network. To learn more about joining the Network and all the benefits involved go [HERE] .
Members enjoy up to five hours of Skill Share work each month. Projects larger than 5 hours will be scoped out and billed at competitive rates according to the service provider. Contracts for larger projects will be handled directly between the provider and congregation. The Network team remains available to facilitate communication, assist with quality reviews, or otherwise help make the project a success.
The majority of smaller (5 hour) projects will be handled by the Illume Church Staff. We have a graphic designer, audio engineer, marketing strategist, and church systems specialist on our team. The speed of execution of projects may be subject to our teams workload.
