Branding & Marketing series for churches.

UNIT 1 | BRANDING
The first three workshops in our series are designed to kickstart the branding process
with a session on language, then market research, and finally positioning.

Brand Language Development with Greg Marshall.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Market Research with Mary Lindloff.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Brand Positioning with David Clavens.

UNIT 2 | WEB MARKETING

The second set of workshops explored online positioning,
ranging from website design to email marketing.

Web Design with Clarie Grupe.

Our websites are our digital storefronts. Quite often, they are the first impression a person will have of our church. Let's spend some time demystifying good web design.

Claire Grupe is design lead for one of the biggest health industry companies in America. She will guide us through smart design concepts and equip you with a rubric to measure you website with.

Email Marketing with Minden Fox.

You intuitively understand that we have a few different audience types. Our existing members, new member, new prospects, and everyone else may be a simple breakdown. The things we say and ways we communicate with each group should be different. Email is a workhorse tool in this arena. Let's focus on optimizing our email channel.

Minden Fox holds a Masters in Marketing, worked as a Global Marketing Specialist for a Top 100 commerce company, and is a college professor. She teaches entrepreneurship and marketing.

Content & Social Media Strategy

This was the core request which inspired the entire Branding & Marketing Series of workshops. In order to maintain brand clarity and audience engagement, we need to talk about Content Plans. Essentially, we’re discussing the “What do you post on social media” topic and how do you stay organized year round?

Nick Eppley is a Content Strategist and Marketer for Colorado State University. He has experience in the eCommerce, Education, and Small Business arenas of marketing.

UNIT 3 | COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Marketing, at its core, is for community engagement, but most strategies only begin the process.
The final webinar in the series explores what it takes to keep engagement going and make it impactful.

Discovering High Impact Community Service Projects

Now that churches and communities are opening back up, it's time for us to step out and help.
What does that really mean?
What does it look like to really understand the needs of our communities?
How do we honestly collaborate with community members to clearly see true needs?

Dr. Jason Paltzer is an expert in discovery and execution of difference making ministry. He was the architect of many of Kingdom Worker's ministries. His field experience (5+ years in Zambia) and education (Ph.D in Population Health Sciences)  all point toward his latest project which is an exciting partnership of several organizations.
